As soon as possible, we are looking for you as Deputy Head of Internal Nursing (m/f/d) part-time 60% for the Helios Clinic Rottweil, limited to the duration of a sick replacement.

• A deputy management function for several internal wards, supported by the respective ward managers and division managers
• A dynamic and motivated team of nurses
• Our Nursing Director, who will support you and who will replace you in your absence
• Through your skilful personnel management and effective personnel scheduling, you will motivate your team and take care of the further development of our processes, goal-oriented guidance of trainees and induction of new employees
• They help to coordinate care on wards under structural and economic aspects

• Completion of a stately examination in a three-year training in a medical nursing profession (e.g. nursing specialist (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d))
• Completed further training as a ward manager or comparable training
• Several years of professional and management experience desirable
• Leadership and social skills
• Willingness to undergo further education and personal development
• Willingness to actively shape change processes
• Legally necessary proof of immunization against measles
