For our Helios Rosmann Clinic in Breisach a. Rh., we are looking for a Chief Physician (m/f/d) for internal medicine from 01.03.2025.

• As Chief Physician, you will be responsible for the strategic and conceptual development of the Department of Internal Medicine
• Her area of responsibility includes diagnostics and therapy in the field of general internal medicine with its non-specialized sub-areas (gastroenterology, non-invasive cardiology/angiology, diabetology, pulmonology, palliative medicine and oncology)
• The Internal Medicine Department is responsible for the management of a 6-bed interdisciplinary intensive care unit
• There is an emergency room that is staffed 24/7
• CT and MRI are available at large-scale equipment
• They promote cooperative cooperation with the other departments of the clinic (orthopaedics/trauma surgery, spinal surgery, anaesthesia), the doctors in private practice in the clinic (neurology/psychiatry, urology, radiology), the MVZ affiliated with the clinic (orthopaedics, general surgery) and the doctors in private practice in the region
• Implementation of a structured continuing education concept, in particular the training and guidance of physicians in further training (currently 3 years of authorization for further training)

• You are a specialist (m/f/d) in internal medicine, if possible with a broad spectrum of internal medicine
• For this purpose, extensive knowledge of sonographic diagnostics, internal intensive care medicine and basic endoscopies (gastroscopy is required; colonoscopy if possible)
• Another additional internal medicine qualification would be an advantage
• You have several years of professional experience as a senior physician
• You are an experienced strategist – you have a plan of how you will move your department and the clinic forward and how you will inspire your employees
• You stand for competence and personality in your field - your patients are in the best hands with you right from the start and recommend you to others
• You think in business terms - you are convinced that good medicine can be increased through cost-effectiveness and efficiency
• You have a high level of professional and social competence
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
