We are looking for you for a dual study program in midwifery sciences as of October 1, 2026.

• The new degree programme combines vocational training with university studies
• The students receive a job-related and cross-professional qualification with which they support the mothers and their partners through accompaniment, support, advice and guidance
• The interdisciplinary structure takes into account both the core competencies of midwifery and a variety of preventive and health-promoting topics
• Midwifery and health science findings are part of the training
• An instructive cooperation with the University of Rostock or the University of Lübeck

• Health suitability
• General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification (subject-specific Abitur)
• Prospective students without a high school diploma have the opportunity to take an admission exam, please enclose the passed exam with your application
• An internship of at least four weeks in a relevant field of activity of a midwife (e.g. delivery room, maternity ward, freelance midwife), the internship can be carried out in one go or in sections, but 4 x 38.5 hours must be proven
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Attractive training remuneration according to the Helios tariff
• Your own laptop (or tablet) with the possibility to take it over after passing the exam
