In this role you will be responsible for achieving the agreed sales and project targets by selling medical products and services in the assigned territory. Regular visits to existing customers, as well as the acquisition of new customers, are the central focus of your daily work.
Project management and sales excellence in the sales process, e.g. in the implementation of price increases
Ensuring customer supply through prompt and permanent communication of the demand for planned articles to sales management and marketing
Selling and promoting medical products at all hierarchical levels in purchasing and in specialist departments such as business and administration departments, medical technology and nursing staff
Close cooperation and joint project management with the application specialist for medical devices, sales management, marketing and internal functions
Continuous documentation of all customer contacts in the CRM Salesforce
High degree of willingness to travel, including overnight stays to complete business tasks
Completed commercial, medical or technical training
At least three years of professional experience in field sales, preferably in the non-clinical healthcare market
Experience in the sale of medical devices and services requiring explanation desirable
Medical device consultant according to § 31 MPG advantageous
Good knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of CRM desirable
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Strong IT affinity
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Reliability, independence and initiative
Team-oriented and creative thinking as well as a high level of customer orientation
Class B driving license
