In order to drive forward Fresenius Kabi´s transformation, we are looking for a Commercial Insights & Analytics Lead (m/f/d) based in our headquarters in Bad Homburg.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Insights & Analytics Lead to join our Global Commercial Excellence team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making across our global businesses. You will lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics, insights, and reporting frameworks to optimize commercial performance, enhance customer engagement, and support strategic initiatives. This is a high-impact role that requires a strong analytical mindset, deep business acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across regions and markets.
The role is part of the Corporate Development team and reports to the Head of Global Commercial Excellence.
Develop and execute a global Commercial Insights & Analytics strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives
Identify and align a global harmonized commercial KPI system, combining financial, CRM and market data to measure commercial success
Design and orchestrate the global implementation of intuitive, real-time dashboards and reporting tools to track commercial performance on different management levels
Champion the use of advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data visualization tools to uncover actionable insightsas well as perform analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across the commercial organization
Provide actionable insights to optimize sales force effectiveness, marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, and pricing strategies while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across all reporting platforms
Partner with business units, regional and local commercial teams to understand their needs and provide tailored analytics solutionsalso collaborate with Data teams, IT and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of data systems and tools
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing data-driven recommendations to support strategic initiatives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics and commercial excellence
Contribute and support to the overall data strategy and drive a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
University degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred
At least 7 years of experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, or a related role, within the pharmaceutical or medtech industry
Proven track record of delivering actionable insights that drive commercial performance
Experience working in a global or regional role with exposure to diverse markets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights as well as strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, or R. Knowledge of CRM systems and commercial data sources is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Familiarity with pharmaceutical and medtech industry regulations and compliance requirements
Fluency in English and German additional languages are a plus
