Join our Training team in the Education department as Senior Manager Training (Vocational Training ) (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Berlin on a full-time basis as soon as possible.

• Responsibility for the nationwide management and further development of all training programs in close cooperation with the education cluster managers
• Ensuring the uniform implementation of legal requirements and consideration of country-specific regulations in the respective clusters
• Establishment and further development of central training controlling, including the evaluation of relevant key figures from all training centers
• Participation in the economic planning of the Education division and in financing issues
• Initiating and supporting projects for quality assurance, digitalization and innovation in training
• Supporting and networking the education cluster managers and promoting professional exchange between internal and external education partners

• Completed university degree in nursing education, health management, educational sciences or a comparable qualification
• Several years of management experience in training or education, ideally in a healthcare or hospital environment
• Sound knowledge of vocational training law and generalist nursing training, familiarity with country-specific regulations an advantage
• Strong understanding of controlling, budget planning and economic management of educational areas
• High level of expertise in managing complex structures with multiple locations and enjoy networking and cooperation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to actively shape change processes
