We are looking for a dual student in health and social management (m/f/d) at the Helios Klinikum Aue site from 01.10.2026.

• A practical placement for a 3-year dual study program in cooperation with the Saxony Cooperative State University in Plauen.

• Assignments in the management of the hospital, including in the controlling, secretarial, nursing management, IT, financial accounting, purchasing, marketing and personnel management departments
• Application of theoretical knowledge from business administration, economics, human resources and law
• Practical teaching of the basics of health and social policy

• You have a general higher education entrance qualification, an entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences or a subject-specific higher education entrance qualification or a qualification recognized as equivalent

• In addition, you have a team-oriented way of working, organizational talent and a willingness to work on your own initiative
• Experience with business management tasks is desirable
• Routine handling of common IT applications
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
