• You will be the first point of contact on the phone for our patients, referring physicians and medical practices - empathetic, professional and service-oriented.
• You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating appointments, ensuring smooth planning and keeping track of fixed patient appointments.
• You will actively return calls (re-calls) and maintain close contact with our referring physicians - in a friendly, binding and solution-oriented manner.
• You take care of data management, e.g. requesting findings, documents or doctor's letters.
• You will work closely with the medical service and our medical secretariats and act as a central communication interface.
• You create important documents such as letters of appointment, appointment information or patient-related documents - carefully and in a service-oriented manner.

• You have completed training as a healthcare administrator (m/f/d), documentation assistant, administrative specialist, nursing specialist (PFK), medical assistant (MFA) or a comparable qualification.

• You have sound knowledge and experience in administration in the healthcare sector - preferably from a nursing or medical assistance background.
• You are confident in using MS Office, Imedone, Carddas and SAP and have a service-oriented manner.
• You are open-minded, committed and empathetic and show an interest in further training and personal development.
• You are characterized by resilience, a sense of responsibility and conscientiousness.
• You have the legally required proof of measles immunization.
