For our vascular surgery department at the Munich Pasing site, we are looking for a

Documentation Assistant (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time.

• Administrative tasks such as file processing, scan preparation and processing of incoming and outgoing mail
• Support with the coordination of appointments
• Departmental support activities
• Coding and data entry based on the patient file in accordance with billing regulations and coding guidelines

Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or corresponding professional experience

Good IT skills

Open-minded towards new processes

Willingness to participate in training courses/seminars for documentation and coding
