We are looking for you to join the Helios Klinik Bonn/Rhein-Sieg as a full-time Ward Manager in Geriatrics (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Professional management and organization in close cooperation with all professional groups to ensure an efficient communication culture

Organization, control and optimization of ward processes

Staff deployment planning

Development and implementation of new care concepts

Ensuring a professional and appropriate quality of care

Motivation of employees and personnel development

Completed training as a state-recognized nursing specialist (m/f/d) or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)

You have commitment, reliability and a high degree of team spirit

Social skills and enjoy working with people

Independent and structured way of working, as well as empathy and high communication skills in dealing with patients and relatives

Willingness for further education and training

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
