We are looking for you to join the Helios Klinikum Bonn/Rhein-Sieg as Deputy Ward Manager of Geriatrics (m/f/d) on a full-time or part-time basis as soon as possible.

• Management and professional development of the team together with the ward manager
• Organization, control and optimization of the ward processes
• Staff deployment planning
• Development and implementation of new care concepts
• Ensuring professional and appropriate quality of care
• Motivating employees and personnel development

• Completed training as a state-recognized nursing specialist (m/f/d) or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
• You have commitment, reliability and a high degree of team spirit
• Social skills and enjoy working with people
• Independent and structured way of working, as well as empathy and high communication skills in dealing with patients and relatives
• Willingness to undergo further training and education
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
