Your tasks:

• Assigning and issuing access authorizations based on an authorization matrix
• Adjustment of access authorizations for authorization extensions of individual employees
• Checking authorizations in the course of fault reports
• Creating and issuing access media
• Documentation of the processes
• Communication with users
• Maintenance management

What you need:

• Completion of technical or commercial vocational training
• Application-related IT knowledge
• Experience in office management (MS Office) and CAFM systems
• Structured, punctual and conscientious way of working
• Very good written and spoken German
