Start a three-year apprenticeship at Helios Klinikum Schwelm as an anesthesia technical assistant (m/f/d) on August 1, 2025.

What you can expect

Vocational training that will enable you step by step to prepare and follow up anesthesia and other anesthesiological measures, among other things
In particular, this includes caring for patients during procedures, preparing medication and materials, operating equipment and documenting procedures
You will learn everything you need for your future career as an ATA here. Professionally supported by our qualified practical instructors

What you bring with you

At least a technical secondary school certificate or secondary general school certificate plus two years of vocational training
Alternatively: one-year nursing assistant training plus one year of professional experience
A completed internship in a hospital would be desirable, but is not a prerequisite
Health suitability and a good command of the German language
Legally required proof of immunization against measles

You can look forward to

Dual three-year full-time training in cooperation with the Krefeld training center
2,100 hours of theoretical training and 2,500 hours of practical training
Structured practical instruction
Training allowance in accordance with TV Helios Azubi (currently around 1,400 euros in the 1st year, 1,450 euros in the 2nd year and 1,670 euros in the 3rd year)
Subsidy for the Deutschlandticket
