(Senior) Manager Operational Transfer Pricing (m/f/d)

Role Overview:

As a Business Partner, you will engage in exciting, versatile, and challenging tasks in an international and dynamic environment. You will tackle challenges and projects within your own responsibility, working closely with the Tax department, which supports Fresenius Kabi and the Operational Transfer Pricing team in all tax-related transfer pricing matters (e.g., Transfer Pricing Documentation, Defense in tax audits, Setting of the Transfer Pricing Strategy).

• Be part of the Operational Transfer Pricing team within Subsidiary Management & Transfer Pricing, contributing to the success of the execution and securing of the global transfer pricing and Intellectual Property policy, other tax and compliance-driven requirements and regulations (such as DEMPE concept or OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and Tax Administrations)
• Support initiatives and global projects for the continuous improvement and digitalization of processes in the transfer pricing system (e.g., implementation of a global transfer pricing tool)
• Boost global end-to-end transfer pricing governance processes across Fresenius Kabi to assure completeness and accuracy of roles & responsibilities and ensure compliance with group guidelines related to transfer pricing
• Calculate tax adjustments for intercompany sale of goods and services, and communicate and coordinate relevant activities with involved stakeholders
• Perform ad hoc analysis, prepare presentations, and collect data to perform reviews in the regular Operational Transfer Pricing Governance and Internal Control process, identify risks and support with the mitigation of Internal Audit results
• Act as a Business Partner for the larger Accounting & Controlling Team, Group Corporate Tax, IT, Supply Chain, as well as with all other relevant stakeholders from various Business Units and Regions
• Assist with global learning sessions

• Successful academic studies in business administration, economics, commercial law, or similar, ideally with a focus on controlling/finance or taxation
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a Big-4 or multinational corporation in (Operational) Transfer Pricing, Controlling, R&D Controlling, or Transfer Pricing-related topics
• Good knowledge and strong interest in reporting, controlling, and governance processes
• Analytical and goal-oriented mindset with a high affinity for numbers
• High proactiveness, readiness for action, robustness, and flexibility
• Structured, independent way of working
• Empathetic, team-oriented, and willing to work with multicultural and cross-functional global stakeholders, with a hands-on mentality
• Professional handling of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with Office 365 applications and SAP BI/BW
• Knowledge of SAP-ERP and dedicated transfer pricing tools is an advantage
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English; German skills would be an advantage
