Helios Klinikum Bad Saarow is looking for several pupils/students (m/f/d) for a generally 12-month

Voluntary Social Year (FSJ)

from the year 2025

• You will work in the ward service, patient support service and/or in our in-house daycare center "Filius"

• You will support the staff on the wards with patient care, bedding and mobilization
• You will help with serving meals and transporting patients to diagnostics and therapy
• In our "Filius" daycare center, you will support the team of educators in their daily tasks related to the care of the daycare children

• You are at least 16 and max. 24 years young and would like to get a taste of practical experience after school, are in the waiting semester for a place at university or are looking for a change of direction

• You have an interest and skill in dealing with sick people and people in need of help
• Willingness to participate in seminars on pedagogical support
• Good health condition
• Commitment and willingness to learn
• Openness, sociability and a desire for exchange
• Willingness to help and empathy
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• A comprehensive insight into working life in the healthcare/education sector for a period of 12 months; an extension of up to six months is generally possible

• A thorough induction in the area of work selected together with you
• Guidance and support from experienced mentors
• Teamwork in an open and trusting atmosphere
• Start on the first day of the month
• The weekly working time is 38.5 hours + breaks
• 26 days of vacation granted during the 12-month assignment period
• Free lunch in our cafeteria
