• You will support the staff with patient care, bedding and mobilization
• You will help with serving meals
• Transporting patients to diagnostics and therapy

• You are between 16 and 27 years old
• Social competence, interest and skill in dealing with sick and needy people
• Ability to work under pressure and reliability
• Participation in seminars on pedagogical support
• You want to get a taste of practical experience after leaving school, are in the waiting semester for a place at university or are looking for a change of direction
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Helios Vogtland-Klinikum Plauen, a specialist care hospital and academic teaching hospital of the University of Leipzig, is one of the largest healthcare facilities in the Free State of Saxony with 17 clinics and a total of 620 beds. Around 30,100 patients are treated as inpatients each year.

The Helios Vogtland-Klinikum Plauen provides educational support for volunteers (m/f/d). This is intended to impart social, ecological, cultural and intercultural skills and promote a sense of responsibility for the common good. The Voluntary Social Year is accompanied by seminars. The volunteer (m/f/d) receives pocket money for the duration of the Voluntary Social Year. In addition, the volunteer (m/f/d) is paid an allowance for meals and accommodation.
