• They support the staff in caring for patients, making beds and mobilizing
• They help to serve meals
• Transport of patients to diagnostics and therapy

• They are between 16 and 27 years young
• Social competence, interest and skill in dealing with sick people and people in need of help
• Resilience and reliability
• Participation in seminars on pedagogical support
• After school, they first want to get a taste of practical experience, are in the waiting semester for a place at university or are looking for a reorientation
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• You will have an interesting job in a dynamic clinic with an interdisciplinary orientation and active cooperation in the sense of state-of-the-art, continuously evolving medicine

• Start on the first day of each month
• Duration of 12 months, an extension of up to six months is possible in principle
• Weekly working time is 40 hours

With 17 clinics and a total of 620 beds, the Helios Vogtland-Klinikum Plauen, a specialist care hospital and academic teaching hospital of the University of Leipzig, is one of the largest healthcare facilities in the Free State of Saxony. Around 30,100 patients are treated as inpatients every year.

At the Helios Vogtland-Klinikum Plauen, pedagogical support for volunteers (m/f/d) takes place. This is intended to teach social, ecological, cultural and intercultural skills and promote a sense of responsibility for the common good. The Voluntary Social Year is accompanied by seminars. For the duration of the Voluntary Social Year, the volunteer (m/f/d) receives pocket money. In addition, the volunteer (m/f/d) will be paid an expense allowance for food and accommodation.
