As of 01.11.2025, we are looking for you as Deputy Ward Manager (m/f/d) for Ward C2.2 (Trauma Surgery / Orthopaedics / Spinal Surgery) at our Helios Clinic in Northeim.

• Active participation and further development of the area of responsibility by contributing innovative ideas and concepts
• Schedule planning and coordination including monitoring of working hours and vacation planning in close coordination with the ward and department management
• Structured and closely supervised induction into management tasks and continuous support when starting in the role
• Promotion of cross-professional collaboration through transparent communication and cooperative team leadership
• Professional implementation of basic and treatment care as well as ensuring complete documentation, information and communication as part of holistic patient care

• Successfully completed training as a nursing specialist or healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d)

• Social skills and enjoy dealing with people, patients and relatives
• Independent, structured way of working and problem-solving skills
• Initial management experience or the clear motivation to take on management responsibility
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
