We are looking for you to join the University Clinic for Cardiac Surgery in Leipzig as a Physician Assistant (m/f/d) atthe earliest possible date

• Specialized cardiac surgery assistance for the medical service in the context of diagnostics and therapy

• Independent execution of delegable medical activities
• Participation in the preparation of diagnoses and treatment plans
• Coordination of inpatient procedures and preparation of discharge letters
• Monitoring of medically initiated therapies and interdisciplinary work with various departments of the clinic
• Participation in emergency treatment and complex examinations / interventions as well as integration into the medical duty program

• You have a degree as a Physician Assistant B.Sc. (m/f/d)

• Completed training as a healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d) is an advantage
• You have experience in dealing with patient documentation and computerized hospital documentation systems
• You have a special interest in the field of cardiac surgery and enjoy teamwork and have an open and collegial communication style
• Your strengths include patient orientation, sociability, a collegial manner and leadership skills
