We are now looking for a Telephone Service Hotline Endoprosthetics (f/m/d) for our location in Berlin-Buch.

• Hotline: Support of the telephone hotline and appointment allocation for the endoprosthetics/orthopaedics surgery consultation hours
• Reception: Working on a rotational basis at the consultation desk

• Specialist knowledge: Basic medical knowledge
• Communication: Strong communication skills and service orientation
• Patient service: High customer and patient orientation
• IT skills: Confident handling of PC and MS Office applications
• Additional knowledge: Knowledge of SAP and Vianova is advantageous
• Languages: Knowledge of English, at least at basic level, is an advantage
