full-time with office in Berlin or nationwide

• You will support our clinics in the introduction of standardized software products in the clinical area.
• You will be responsible for 2nd level support in cooperation with IT colleagues at the hospital sites and with external service providers.
• You will develop concepts for the support, operation and failure of subsystems.
• You will advise the specialist departments on how to deal with our subsystems.
• You are jointly responsible for the further development of subsystems and coordinate service providers.
• You will be responsible for the smooth operation of our systems.

• You have successfully completed a degree in (medical) computer science or comparable training.
• Alternatively, you have a lateral entry with a medical background and a high affinity for IT.
• You enjoy working on complex topics and have a structured way of working and excellent communication skills.
• Ideally, you have experience in the field of laboratory systems or patient-oriented immediate diagnostics and are familiar with clinical processes.
• You are enthusiastic and enjoy contributing your ideas to the joint development of topics.
• Your analytical and conceptual thinking, ability to work in a team and independent way of working are convincing.
