We are growing in the area of Strategic Finance & Controlling and are looking for a Global Process Owner to join our team! In this exciting position, you will actively contribute to re-wiring the financial steering of the entire Fresenius Group, leading a global project for the financial planning processes (Plan-to-Perform) within the Fresenius ELEVATE program. ELEVATE is a business driven, IT-enabled transition towards SAP S/4HANA and due to the current setup of the group entails a major part on change and harmonization. Currently entering the build and test phase followed by the rollout phase, ELEVATE will take at least until 2030. Your task will be to drive the controlling organization into a new digital world, managing our transition towards a new level of working as we execute our business driven, IT-enabled transition towards the new solution.
Lead and steer daily Plan-to-Perform project tasks
Ensure the sub streams define, develop, implement, test and document all relevant tasks within the Plan-to-Perform project
Ensure an end-to-end view on processes (process integration)
Act as the central point of contact for Plan-to-Perform project tasks within the Fresenius organization
Lead / Co-lead workshops with internal and external stakeholders for assigned tasks and responsibilities
Track overall perspective on detailed value potential in Plan-to-Perform (value case) and specify requirements to achieve them
Participate in workshops where Plan-to-Perform processes are part of other End-to-End processes, e. g. production, logistics and clinics
Prepare key decisions for program governance bodies to take decisions (i. e. SteerCo, Functional Committees, Business Transformation Board)
Liaise with relevant Regions, Business Units, and corporate departments to ensure participation and contribution of subject-matter-experts in process definition
Drive template(s) build for all tasks assigned
Support change management process and communication activities, fostering a favorable project environment
Track the project risk, act proactively on emerging topics
Successfully completed Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree as a plus)
At least 10 years of business experience, preferably in the life science industry
At least 10 years of professional experience from project management, planning and forecasting and or SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, ideally in the finance area
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate at all levels within the Fresenius organization
Systems experience required in Excel, Power Point, Power BI and SAP and SCM applications
Strong business acumen and highly analytical thinking with attention to detail
Ability to work independently while having a strong team spirit
Resilience to challenges in dynamic professional environments
Business fluent in English
Openness towards travelling approximately 30%, including international
