At the earliest possible date, we are looking for exactly you as Ward Manager (m/f/d) for our intensive care unit.

• Administrative activities as part of the management function as well as the organization of the duty roster
• Ensuring qualified patient care in close cooperation with the interdisciplinary team
• Promotion of an open and constructive error culture
• Measures to analyze and ensure the achievement of all nursing quality goals
• Ensuring the implementation of corporate and clinical goals in your area of responsibility

• You have completed vocational training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) or have a comparable 3-year qualification
• You have completed further training as a ward manager, nursing ward manager or comparable further training
• You are responsible and empathetic in dealing with our patients and employees
• You have the ability to motivate employees and inspire them to embrace change
• You value interdisciplinary collaboration and see yourself as part of a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
