In-house lawyer (f/m/d)

We are looking for an in-house lawyer (m/f/d) for Helios Verwaltung Nord GmbH at the earliest possible date.

• As part of a team of four in-house lawyers, you will advise the management of the Helios clinics in the northern region on all legal issues, in particular employment law.
• You will advise and support the personnel management of the clinics in the negotiation of works agreements
• You represent our clinics before the courts to the extent permitted by professional law
• You draw up and review contracts of all kinds and provide support during contract negotiations
• In addition, you will prepare expert opinions, statements and recommendations for management

• Completed second state examination in law
• Sound experience in employment law, proven by several years of relevant professional experience and/or training as a specialist lawyer in employment law.
• Additional experience in medical law, corporate law or contract law is an advantage
• Ability to express yourself excellently both orally and in writing and to present legal issues in a business-oriented manner
• High service orientation and solution-oriented way of working
• Willingness to travel in the Helios North region
