(Senior) Manager Corporate Transformation (m/f/d)
In this role, you will be actively involved in the implementation of our Group-wide transformation agenda. You will report directly to the Head of Corporate Transformation and drive strategically important initiatives and projects that contribute significantly to the realization of our #FutureFresenius corporate strategy.

Your tasks
You will actively shape the implementation of #FutureFresenius by carrying out pioneering transformation projects in close cooperation with central Group functions and operating units
You will support projects and initiatives in the area of organizational development, such as the development of management systems and standards for internal collaboration
You will support initiatives and projects to strengthen and shape the corporate culture - such as establishing common management methods and tools across the Group
You will support the preparation and implementation of events for Group executives in terms of content and organization
You will ensure efficient and trusting cooperation with business units, specialist departments and external partners.
Your profile
Successful university degree in the fields of natural sciences, engineering or economics
Proven experience in strategy and transformation processes, ideally through several years of work in a leading strategy consultancy
Very good understanding and knowledge of typical group internal processes and tools, systems and standards
Strong project management experience to drive and successfully complete company-wide initiatives and projects independently with the involvement of multiple stakeholders
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English
Ability to familiarize yourself quickly, evaluate and make decisions independently
Proactive, confident and team-oriented personality who remains calm even in challenging situations
High level of sensitivity and discretion for personal discussions and confidential topics
