Your tasks

In this important role with daily customer contact, you will be responsible for the complete order processing in the nursing homes and homecare sector:

  • You will provide competent, reliable and empathetic advice and support to our customers throughout the entire order process (ordering, delivery service, cost accounting, returns processing)
  • You record incoming orders correctly and on time and ensure smooth processing
  • You carefully and efficiently check and process returns and mutation requests
  • You work closely with internal interfaces and partners (sales force, pharmacy, supply chain management and logistics) to ensure optimal patient care

What sets you apart

  • Strong communication skills, empathy and enjoy customer contact by telephone
  • Completed basic training, preferably in a healthcare profession or basic commercial training with experience in healthcare or social insurance/public administration
  • At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a healthcare company
  • You are a team player and keep a cool head even in challenging situations
  • Good user knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of SAP ERP and CRM Salesforce is a great advantage
  • Fluent German and good knowledge of French (level B2/C1); knowledge of Italian is desirable
