Care & Nutrition Specialist, 80- 100% (m/f/d)

Eastern Switzerland & Zurich region

Your challenge

• Ensuring the needs-based care of patients at home and in retirement and nursing homes with products and services for clinical nutrition
• Ensuring the administrative requirements for the billing of services
• Providing competent, empathetic customer and patient care through regular telephone contact and personal visits
• Promoting FresuCare services to prescribers and discharging institutions
• Actively maintaining contacts and expanding the network with discharging institutions
• Providing further education and training for nursing staff

Your qualities and talents

• Nutritionist with a Bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics. Ideally with experience in clinical nutrition or completed training as an HF nurse and several years of professional experience
• Responsible personality with a strong customer service orientation
• High motivation, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• Good IT user skills (MS Office, CRM)
• Driving license Cat. B with willingness to travel within the area for which you are responsible
