As soon as possible, we are looking for you to join our Helios Hanseklinikum in Stralsund as a

Practice Companion Integration Intensive Care Unit (m/f/d)

• Integration management support
• Individual practical support in the intensive care unit and support for trainees in need of support – including observation, feedback and competence development in everyday working life
• Close cooperation with vocational schools and internal departments to ensure an integrative training process
• Planning and implementation of learning, reflection and support discussions as well as documentation of learning progress and support goals
• Support in social and professional integration into the team as well as development of measures to strengthen independence and professional ability to act

• Completed basic training as a nurse (m/f/d) with at least 5 years of experience in intensive care units
• Professional qualification in practical guidance
• Intercultural competence and strong communication skills as well as high social sensitivity and patience in dealing with employees during induction
• Ability to give feedback constructively and formulate development goals
• Organizational talent and structured way of working as well as enjoyment of teamwork and the further development of nursing standards
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
