KlinikFIT Intensive Care

In just four months, we enable you to safely switch to intensive care.

In our 4-month KlinikFit intensive care program, we prepare you step by step for nursing in the intensive care area.

• General and special intensive care and intensive care medicine
• Patient observation in intensive care
• Medication
• Hygiene
• Emergency training and resuscitation
• Basics and care of invasive and non-invasive ventilation
• Many other exciting topics in intensive care

• Target group of our course KlinikFIT Intensive Care:
• Registered nurses (m/f/d) who have no experience in intensive care but are interested
• Interested and motivated geriatric nurses (m/f/d) who are looking for a new challenge and would like to work in the intensive care unit
• Returnees to work

• Remuneration according to TV-Helios; higher salary; full salary from the 1st day
• Additional 300 euros per month Helios care allowance
• High-performance medicine and patient proximity
• Digital Patient Record (PDMS)
• Your desired area on one of our 5 ITS/ IMC stations
• Induction period of 6 months incl. our KlinikFIT intensive care program

Important note: Participation in the KlinikFIT Intensive Care programme is directly linked to recruitment to one of our intensive care or IMC areas. In this way, you can put your newly acquired knowledge directly into practice and prepare yourself optimally for further training in intensive care and anesthesia care.

You will acquire theoretical and practical knowledge in order to gain the necessary confidence in the care of critically ill patients. Your team and your mentor will support you in this. In addition, you will train in simulation training courses for real emergency scenarios. This will prepare you optimally for the opportunity for specialist training in intensive care and anaesthesia nursing.
