Integration Officer (m/f/d)

At Helios Klinikum Duisburg, we are looking for a committed integration officer (m/f/d) with nursing training to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis

• Active participation in the recruitment and integration of international nursing professionals
• Supporting new employees in their introduction to everyday hospital life and in the social and professional integration process
• Organizing and supporting intercultural training and induction measures
• Advice on official and organizational issues (e.g. recognition procedures, housing search, language courses)
• Close cooperation with the HR department, care service management and integration networks
• Contributing to the development and implementation of sustainable integration strategies

Completed nursing training (e.g. as a nursing specialist, nursing assistant or healthcare and nursing assistant)

Additional qualifications or experience in the field of integration, intercultural work or social management are desirable

Empathy, organizational talent and intercultural competence

Independent, structured way of working and strong communication skills

Enjoy teamwork and setting up new processes

Ideally initial experience in dealing with international specialists or project work

High flexibility and resilience in a dynamic working environment

Very good knowledge of English
