As a service center, we bundle the administrative tasks of HR work for a large number of clinics and service companies in the Helios Group. The range of tasks is constantly growing, which makes the job interesting, versatile and varied.

We are looking for a part-time or full-time (min. 32 h/week) Recruiting Specialist (m/f/d) for our Personnel Service Center at the Helios Klinikum Jerichower Land in Burg near Magdeburg as soon as possible.

Ad creation: You create appealing and targeted job ads that strengthen our employer brand and attract the right candidates

Job posting and management: You will take care of the publication of job advertisements on various channels and manage their continuous updating and monitoring

Applicant delegation: You forward applications to the relevant specialist departments and ensure that the application process runs smoothly

Tracking incoming applications: You ensure that applications are processed quickly and systematically

Creating notices: You develop creative and target group-oriented notices to effectively communicate our vacancies internally and externally

Job posting BfA & cooperation partners: You take care of the cooperation with the Federal Employment Agency (BfA) and other relevant cooperation partners and ensure that we find the best talent there as well

Your foundation: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship - ideally with a focus on HR - and are keen to develop yourself further

Your know-how: Initial experience in recruiting or HR, preferably with a focus on managing job advertisements and applicant processes

Your style of working: You take a structured, independent and reliable approach to tasks - organization is in your blood

Your appearance: With your friendly, service-oriented nature, you always strike the right note - whether on the phone, by email or in a face-to-face meeting

Your toolbox: MS Office is part of your everyday life, especially Excel and Word. And if you've already worked with LOGA - all the better!

Your prerequisite: You have the legally required proof of measles protection
