Senior Controller (m/f/d)

full-time, based in Berlin, alternatively in one of our clinics.

• Participate in the planning, development and implementation of reporting for group-wide efficiency programs to ensure maximum transparency for cross-functional stakeholders
• Contributing to the design of digital transformation topics and the optimization of commercial processes
• Supporting financial project management, from planning and forecasting to active performance and cost controlling and initiating targeted measures as required
• Creating, developing and interpreting reports and dashboards in conjunction with deviation, trend and potential analyses based on relevant KPIs to support top-level decisions
• Supporting the implementation of Group-wide business management projects in close contact with the hospitals and regions as well as within interdisciplinary project teams
• Operational and strategic development of standard reporting, controlling tools and BI systems

• Successfully completed studies in business administration or a comparable degree program, preferably with a focus on controlling, hospital management or health economics
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in hospital controlling combined with good knowledge of hospital processes, ideally in a corporate environment
• Experience in project management desirable
• Confident handling of MS Office applications, in particular MS Excel and PowerPoint, as well as ERP systems (SAP preferred); experience in using BI/reporting tools (e.g. SAP BW, Power BI) desirable
• Strong structured and independent way of working, quick comprehension, creative drive and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Strong communication and presentation skills, a confident manner, very good German and good written and spoken English skills
