Join our "Performance Controlling" team at the Helios Kliniken GmbH headquarters as soon as possible as a

Senior Controller (m/f/d)

full-time, based in Berlin, alternatively in one of our clinics.

• Independent management and analysis of financial performance at Group, division and clinic level to support strategic decisions
• Development and responsibility for meaningful reporting formats and dashboards aligned with key performance indicators such as sales, costs or EBIT
• Carrying out well-founded deviation, trend and potential analyses and deriving specific recommendations for action for top management
• Sparring partner: in management for decisions on business management and target setting
• Development and implementation of sustainable earnings improvement measures together with clinic and division managers (e.g. COO Office)
• Supporting strategic Group projects (e.g. efficiency programs, digital transformation) and further development of controlling tools, planning processes and BI systems (e.g. Power BI, SAP SAC)

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, health economics or a comparable degree program
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in the healthcare sector or in a complex corporate environment
• Strong analytical skills, a high affinity for numbers and the ability to prepare complex issues independently and in a structured manner
• Hands-on mentality with a high level of initiative, structured way of working and enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills - confident in German and English, both written and spoken
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), experience in working with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and ideally with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI or SAP BW
