To strengthen our premedication (anesthesia) team at the Munich West (Pasing) location, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a

Medical Assistant (MFA) / Health and Nursing Assistant (GuK) Premedication Outpatient Clinic (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time.

• Organization and coordination of the premedication consultation (appointment allocation, patient admission, etc.)

• Safe management of patient routes
• Carrying out basic medical examinations (e.g. measuring blood pressure, writing ECGs)
• Taking and archiving medical histories and documentation in the practice management system
• Preparing patients for medical examinations and procedures
• Correspondence with patients and other medical facilities and specialist departments
• Support with administrative tasks

• Successfully completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or training as a healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d)

• Ideally experience in the field of premedication or outpatient clinic

• Confident handling of SAP practice software and medical terminology
• Friendly and professional demeanor in dealing with patients and colleagues
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Ability to work in a team, resilience and reliability
• Very good written and spoken German
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
