Lawyer (m/f/d) - Medical Law

full-time, based at one of our clinic locations with the possibility of mobile working

• Comprehensive legal advice in the area of outpatient medical law (contract physician law) for our medical facilities (MVZs, medical care centers)
• Reviewing and drafting contracts, particularly in the medical environment, taking into account legal regulatory requirements and current developments
• Advice on issues relating to the establishment, acquisition, licensing, restructuring and legal protection of MVZs
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with clinic and MVZ management, external cooperation partners and local decision-makers
• Negotiations with authorities and contractual partners, support in official and court proceedings and proactive development of practical legal solutions

• Completion of both state examinations in law with above-average results (at least a satisfactory state examination)
• In-depth knowledge of and interest in medical law (contract physician law)
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new areas of law
• Excellent negotiation skills and a strong commercial understanding as well as a self-confident manner, strong communication skills and assertiveness with diplomatic skills
• Enjoy interdisciplinary cooperation and the design of creative processes
• Willingness to make occasional business trips, including to the company headquarters in Berlin
