We are looking for you as a Bed and Occupancy Manager (m/f/d) for the Helios Frankenwaldklinik Kronach at the earliest possible date

• Bed disposition for the entire hospital
• Distribution of new admissions from the emergency room
• Coordination of internal transfers of patients
• Scheduling patient appointments and planning inpatient admissions
• Answering telephone calls from external referring physicians (general practitioners, external clinics, etc.)
• General administrative activities
• General data entry and document management
• Close cooperation with the attending physicians and nursing staff on the wards

• Completed training in the medical or nursing field
• Good IT user skills
• Social skills such as the ability to deal with conflict
• Organizational skills
• A distinctive patient- and service-oriented way of working
• Independence, resilience and a confident and friendly manner round off your profile
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Helios Frankenwaldklinik Kronach is a modern health center in the region with 282 beds in nine specialist departments (general and visceral surgery, anesthesia, gastroenterology, vascular surgery, geriatrics, gynecology and obstetrics, cardiology, radiology, trauma surgery and orthopedics with a section for spinal surgery) as well as an inpatient ENT department.
