Manager Corporate Security/ Physical Security (m/f/d)

Within the Corporate Business Continuity division, the Corporate Security Operations team is responsible for the technical management and implementation of operational security. In doing so, we take a holistic view of security - from protection issues relating to physical security to cooperation in incident and crisis management and support in gathering information on the security situation or internal investigations. Comprehensive support and assistance for the Group sites and properties to ensure a standardized high level of protection for the company and its employees, assets and intellectual property as well as the reputation of Fresenius is a core concern for us.

Become part of our Fresenius Corporate Security Operations team within the Corporate Business Continuity department at the Bad Homburg site and use your expertise to improve the security situation of our company. Specifically, you will supervise and support our Group sites and properties in all security matters and in close coordination with the Head of Security Operations and ensure a standardized high level of protection through the expansion, optimization and operational implementation of security-relevant measures and projects in Germany and abroad.

Your tasks

• Independent management of topics in the area of corporate security

• Development of technical and organizational security concepts

• Planning and implementation of training courses and workshops

• Creation and follow-up of audit plans

• Technical advice and support in the implementation of security measures

• Evaluating and coordinating security solutions with national and international locations

• Further development of the Group-wide "Physical Security" guideline

• Supporting the Corporate Security Manager in investigations

• Conducting and supporting relevant audits in Germany and abroad

Your profile

• Completed studies with a focus on security management, criminology, security policy, crisis management, business continuity management or comparable courses of study as well as several years (5+) of relevant professional experience in security management in a public authority and/or in a company

• Extensive practice in operational security management with very good knowledge of technical security solutions and legal requirements

• Ability to grasp complex interrelationships in the context of global security requirements

• Strong negotiation skills

• Good presentation skills

• Willingness to travel and be on call

• Very good knowledge of German (C level), knowledge of English at least at B1 level
