Collective bargaining officer as negotiator (m/f/d)

at the Bad Homburg site, with a willingness to make out-of-town appointments as part of collective bargaining within an assigned area in the southern half of Germany (depending on where you live, limited to occasional day trips).

• Conducting collective bargaining in the medical and non-medical sector and active participation in the Employers' Commission in the negotiation of Group collective agreements
• Preparation of research and evaluations for the internal development of a strategy, coordination of negotiation mandates and planning of the tactical approach
• Providing internal advice on collective bargaining issues and supporting the implementation of collective bargaining agreements at the individual locations
• Coordination of the coordination processes for all collective bargaining issues within the Helios Kliniken Group, taking into account the economic framework conditions
• Implementation of standard processes and support for rollouts as part of the central processing of fundamental issues in the area of HR work
• Further development, optimization and implementation of HR strategy and HR policy concepts as well as ensuring internal HR guidelines and processes

• Career changers from the hospital environment with experience in negotiating are very welcome! We can also imagine management talents from the nursing and functional services who have an extended understanding of collective agreements from practical experience in this position.
• You have a degree, preferably in economics, social sciences or law, ideally with a focus on HR management or comparable training and ideally have experience in a hospital environment.
• You have excellent analytical, methodical and conceptual skills.as well as an experienced handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel and a strong affinity for numbers.
• You have entrepreneurial thinking, communication skills, negotiating skills, a high degree of assertiveness and good interpersonal skills.
• You have an independent, structured and conscientious way of working as well as a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
• You have a high level of service orientation, confident advisory skills, initiative, reliability and absolute discretion.
