InEK Calculation Officer (m/f/d)

full-time/part-time based in Berlin, alternatively in one of our clinics.

• InEK calculation & data management: Centrally controlled creation and continuous further development of InEK-compliant cost unit calculations with automated data preparation.
• Data validation & error procedures: Development of global validation rules, coordinative support of the InEK error log and support of the hospitals with systematic data corrections.
• Standard setting & guideline development: Definition and implementation of central standards, guidelines and processes for InEK calculation to standardize and simplify controlling work on site.
• Quality controlling & reporting: setting up central dashboards and reports with key figures to control data quality and derive process improvements at the individual sites.

• Completed studies in business administration, health economics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in hospital controlling and cost unit accounting according to InEK
• Very good knowledge of InEK specifications and the DRG system
• Confident handling of MS Excel and ideally experience with HIS/calculation systems (e.g. ORBIS, SAP CO-PA)
• Analytical way of thinking and strong affinity for numbers
• Ability to work in a team, independent working style and strong communication skills
