Working Student (m/f/d) Supplier Quality and Data Management

Are you studying in the natural sciences and would like to gain practical experience in an international healthcare company during your studies? Then support our Supplier Compliance Management – Global Direct Procurement department! As part of your assignment, you can expect challenging and diverse tasks, most of which you can also work on independently. This allows you to get a taste of practical experience, explore possible career paths and fill your study budget at the same time.

Your challenge in detail

• You will actively support our team in the introduction and establishment of an electronic supplier management system

• You will also be responsible for data preparation and transformation for the supplier management system to be introduced in coordination with the plants as the data owner

• In addition, you will support the administration, maintenance and updating of department-specific Microsoft SharePoint applications, in particular the status recording system for quality assurance agreements (QSV)

• What's more, you will carry out global QSV status queries at all Fresenius Kabi production sites and transfer the data to the QSV status recording system

• Your tasks will also include the quality support of our supplier management

Your competence is in demand

• Current full-time studies in the field of natural sciences

• Very good written and spoken English skills

• Good MS Office and SharePoint skills

• Enthusiasm for IT systems and data

• Open and dynamic nature
