We are looking for you at Helios Park-Klinikum Leipzig at the earliest possible date as a Healthcare and Nursing Assistant / Nurse / Nursing Specialist / Medical Assistant (MFA) / Geriatric Nurse / Nursing Specialist (m/f/d)

in the function of deputy ward manager for our diagnostic center.

• Together with the nursing manager, you will organize and coordinate the area and take over the absence representation of the nursing manager and the associated tasks, such as staff deployment planning and absence management
• You will be responsible for the administrative admission of outpatients and pre-inpatients in the HIS as well as providing support with all tasks associated with the treatment process, such as blood sampling, patient screening, appointment management, etc.
• They ensure evidence-based nursing care, including its documentation
• You promote an open and constructive error culture
• You support the supervision and implementation of projects in the department or clinic
• You ensure the implementation of corporate and clinical objectives in your area of responsibility

• You are a trained nurse / health and nursing professional (m/f/d) or medical assistant (m/f/d) or have comparable training
• You have several years of professional experience, if possible with management responsibility
• You can inspire other employees and teammates for the nursing profession
• You have good communication skills and organizational talent and have an empathetic approach to your patients and their relatives
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
