We are looking for trainees for the apprenticeship as office management assistant (m/f/d) at the Helios Klinikum Aue site from 18.08.2026.

• Insights into the diverse areas and commercial processes of our clinic
• An area of responsibility that includes information processing, accounting, office organization and human resources
• Handling daily correspondence with our specialist departments or processing inquiries
• Vocational training lasts three years and takes place both in our administration department and at the vocational school in Schwarzenberg

• A good school-leaving certificate (secondary school leaving certificate, general or subject-specific university entrance qualification)
• Very good German and math skills as well as confidence in working with PCs and numbers
• Strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team, flexibility and a high level of commitment and willingness to learn
• Ideally a completed internship in the administrative sector
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
