At the Hünfeld site, we are looking for a full-time position as soon as possible for a

Head of Internal Medicine and Palliative Care (m/f/d)

• You will manage the nursing team of ward 4 with an affiliated palliative care unit
• You will coordinate the deployment of staff and support your nursing team in the development of professional and social skills
• You will be responsible for the further development and design of processes and structures in your area of responsibility
• You ensure the implementation of corporate and clinical goals in your area of responsibility
• You promote an open and constructive error culture and lead your team in an appreciative and respectful manner
• You will provide holistic care for our patients and carry out general and special care measures

• You are a registered nurse (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
• You have several years of professional experience, if possible with management responsibility
• You have additional training in palliative care or are willing to acquire this in the near future
• You are characterized by communication skills, organizational skills and strong social skills
• Proof required by law

• An open-ended employment contract with an attractive collectively agreed salary and a care allowance of €300.00 gross
