Strategy & Innovation Manager (m/f/d)

• the creation of uniform business cases from a financial and non-financial perspective (quality of care, patient satisfaction, employee satisfaction)
• creating analyses, concepts and proposed solutions in collaboration with the other team members
• managing the innovation process from idea to product implementation
• Management of the digital strategy process
• the coordination of internal and external stakeholders from all areas, from clinic employees to management, required for the above-mentioned topics
• the preparation and follow-up of regular committees relevant to the above-mentioned topics

• Completed studies (e.g. in the field of business administration, engineering, computer science, medicine, nursing or healthcare management)
• At least 3 years of experience in project management or strategic management
• Experience in management consulting, in a strategy department and a clinical background are a plus
• Problem-solving skills and communication talents
• Strong team spirit and above-average commitment
