Finance Business Partner (m/f/d) Strategy & Business Execution

We are seeking an experienced and driven Finance Business Partner to support our Head of SB&E and leadership team with critical financial insights and decision-making. Your assignments

• Act as a strategic Finance Business Partner to the Head of SB&E and senior leadership, offering expert financial guidance. 

• Deliver robust financial analysis, reporting, and support budgeting processes to ensure financial targets are met across the TechOps organization. 

• Evaluate and monitor efficiency and operational excellence initiatives, specifically aiming to keep COGs flat year-on-year. 

• Contribute to risk management by supporting business continuity and network optimization strategies. 

• Champion the simplification, standardization, and automation of financial processes by leveraging advanced IT systems. 

• Serve as a finance reference point for major programs such as TechOps Way Forward, Operational Excellence, and Risk Management. 

Your profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable field. 

• Minimum of 5 years’ controlling experience, ideally in Plant or Supply Chain environments. 

• Track record of supporting operational excellence and evaluating business cases. 

• Strong IT skills with proficiency in SAP FI/CO, SAP BW, and a strong affinity for digital solutions. 

• Demonstrates outstanding skill in constructively challenging stakeholders while fostering strong, collaborative partnerships. 

• Experience in multinational, matrixed organizations with a proactive mindset to drive change. 

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is an advantage.
