Working Student (m/f/d) PMO in SAP S/4 Program

Your challenge in detail

• You will support the team in creating PowerPoint presentations in collaboration with the supervisor

• In addition, you will be involved in basic support activities in the SAP environment

• You will also assist in conducting analyses and evaluations in Excel based on specific guidelines

• Furthermore, you will support the maintenance and optimization of SharePoint

• You will contribute to data entry in Word and Excel

• You will assist in technical trainings

• Last but not least, you will prepare project-relevant information

Your competence is in demand

• Current full-time studies in Economics, IT or a related field

• Proactive and communicative personality

• Very good English skills, written and spoken

• Teamwork and collaboration skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

• Basic knowledge of  project lifecycle and project management of IT projects

• SharePoint,ServiceNow and MS Project Online knowledge is a plus
