What you can expect

You will support us in the functional diagnostics of our patients of all ages - from newborns to adults

After individual training, you will assist with audiological and vestibular examinations such as impedance audiometry / tympanometry / BERA, balance diagnostics (VNG), allergy diagnostics, rhinomanometry, dizziness diagnostics, etc. and carry out some of these independently

You will also assist with endoscopic and minor surgical procedures and look after our patients before, during and after treatment

You will be involved in patient management and the organization of the treatment units and ensure that the medical equipment is always ready for use through maintenance and care

You will also support us in the recording and billing of services provided in the practice

You will work closely in a team of medical assistants (m/f/d) and medical specialists (m/f/d) and help us to offer the best possible patient care

What you bring with you

You have completed training as an MTA / medical-technical assistant for functional diagnostics (m/f/d), MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d) or comparable training with the willingness to undergo further training in functional diagnostics

Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in the ENT field

You have an open-minded personality and enjoy working in a team where you can rely on each other

You impress us with your independent, patient-oriented way of working, your sense of responsibility and your friendly manner

You have a technical understanding of medical equipment and feel confident using common practice software
