  • Acceptance of examination material in the cytology incoming laboratory incl. documentation of patient data in the in-house LIS
  • Staining of the preparations, incl. special stains
  • Microscopy of conventional cytological preparations
  • Preparation of findings in the laboratory's own reporting system
  • Archiving of self-processed preparations
  • Checking and documenting laboratory results as part of quality assurance

What you bring with you

  • You have successfully completed training as a medical-technical laboratory assistant (m/f/d) or medical-technical assistant (m/f/d) or are about to complete your training
  • Completed training as a cytology assistant (m/f/d) is desirable, but can also be completed on site (including sponsorship)
  • First professional experience in the safe handling of preparatory techniques and computerized documentation tools desirable
  • Committed, independent and reliable working style
  • You have an empathetic and social character and enjoy working in a team
  • You have good organizational skills
  • Legally required proof of immunization against measles
