We are looking for a

Trainee Surgical Technical Assistant (OTA) (m/f/d)

full-time.

• An exciting and versatile training in which you will acquire comprehensive knowledge of the surgical area
• Preparation and follow-up of all consumables, implants and instruments required for the surgical procedure as well as the asistence during the procedure
• Ensuring a smooth surgical process through professional instrumentation and jumper activity before, during and after the procedure, taking into account all hygiene and safety standards

• Interest in medical processes, enjoyment of working with people and team spirit
• Motivation, a sense of responsibility and a desire for a challenging and varied apprenticeship
• Minimum age of 18 years and health suitability
• School requirements according to the training regulations (at least secondary school leaving certificate or equivalent)
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Remuneration in accordance with the company collective agreement
• Annual special payment, holiday allowance and additional pension scheme (VBL)
• Up to 31 days of vacation + 10 additional days off (AZV days)
