To strengthen our practice team in the Medical Care Center for General and Visceral Surgery at the Aschersleben location, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a

MFA / Medical assistant - Surgery (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time

• You will support us with telephone patient coordination and appointment management at the registration desk
• You will look after our patients before, during and after consultation hours
• You will ensure the organization of a smooth practice process by managing all patient-related activities
• You will assist with examinations, treatments and, after training, also with procedures and work closely with our patients
• Administrative tasks such as private billing or writing documents and letters on behalf of a doctor (m/f/d) are also part of your area of responsibility
• You will also support us in the laboratory (e.g. blood sampling or wound care) and in ensuring quality and hygiene management

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• You have already gained professional experience in the healthcare sector, ideally in the outpatient sector, e.g. with regard to KV billing in the field of general and visceral surgery
• You enjoy working in a highly motivated team in which you can rely on each other
• You have good interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach to patients
• You have experience in working with MS Office and IT-supported processes
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
