MFA / Medical Assistant Surgery (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time

• You are the contact person at the registration desk for our patients
• You will be responsible for coordinating the practice schedule and organizing consultation appointments
• You will look after our patients before, during and after consultation hours
• You will assist with examinations and treatments and prepare our patients for outpatient operations
• After appropriate training, you will also assist with procedures
• You will also be responsible for electronic data management, maintaining and managing patient files and changing patient statuses
• You will also support us with service recording and billing management

Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training

Empathetic and empathetic interaction with our patients

Knowledge of practice software programs preferred

Enthusiasm for new things, team spirit and a cooperative attitude

Service orientation, friendliness and professionalism

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
